I'm wondering if you know of a restaurant that was located across from the Eiffel Tower, where one sat outside on a veranda and could watch the lights on the Tower as they came on in the evening. All I remember is that there was a large outdoor (marble?) staircase beside the building that the restaurant was in. It was a wonderful location, but friends of mine who were in Paris recently said they couldn't find it. I don't remember the name, unfortunately.
