Pano Pano is a fascinating restaurant in the 11th that’s serving a menu of dishes that are based around bread and/or cooked in the bread oven. They offer small dishes, like these moules de Bouchot (mussles) on toast with rouille and pickled onions, as well as more substantial dishes like risotto made with three kinds of mushrooms with a bouillon made from country bread, or fried chicken coated with crunchy house-made panko.
