Very much of an upgrade! The food looks lovely. I can't make true choices without some vintage questions but would be willing to break the 100e bottle price. For skin-- I'd go for the Yannich Meckert (55 €) ---for white, the Rousset-Martin Prof Sous Roche- 2020 (120 €) would love that right this minute! Or Domaine Lissner Aux (37€) (vintage?) But in any vintage that is a fab wine.
For reds? Fred Cossard Saint-Romain, Combe Manzin 2016 (123 €) or the Pradarolo 2016 (52 €) --that should be real interesting.
Give me a day! Lots on the list. And I think I need some
trouble in my life— but why don’t they list all of qthe vintages?
It's true - half the bottles seem to be missing vintages. But the good news is that it's an upgrade from our last visit to Pompette!

I adore you. Thanks for the advice!
