And why I dislike hotel restaurants

Les Parisiens is a hotel restaurant, and I rarely like hotel restaurants.

I do, however, tend to like what chef Thibault Sombardier does (Mensae, Sellae). Because of that, and because some other top lists have praised Les Parisiens, I decided to give it a try.
