I love a boat tour on the Seine and recommend one to all my visiting friends. The river offers an incredible vantage point for appreciating the major monuments without being enveloped by the tourist horde. Spending time on the Seine reminds us of the river’s role in the development of Paris. It’s also just fun to be on a boat.
