They do offer a five-glass pairing that’s built to span the fifteen courses (and I'm sure a smaller pairing for the smaller menu) - I failed to notice the price on that.

A very special meal especially for single diners. I would prefer to have a small glass of wine with each course and pay the inclusive cost.

This is a superior description of a restaurant’s food, staff, atmosphere and furnishings. Well done.
