The relief of finding a good restaurant in Saint-Germain

Ambos is a restaurant that I was really rooting for. I wanted - almost needed - it to be good. It’s not because I watched chef Pierre Chomet on season 12 of Top Chef France. It’s because this part of town is sorely lacking in great restaurants, and I’m kind of desperate for more to recommend.
