Since we started publishing these quarterly top lists, we’ve raved about more than 80 Paris restaurants. For this selection, there are five new additions, and two old favorites have rejoined the Top 50 after stunning return visits.
There isn’t anything on this list that I haven’t personally loved within the last two years. You can see the date of my most recent visit (always anonymous and fully paid) at the end of every listing. I’ve also included information about holiday closures for these restaurants.
