It’s hard to believe, but we’ve been publishing these quarterly selections for more than a year. They remain our most popular posts, with more than 85k people reading every installment. That’s way more than our number of subscribers, which shows that you’ve been forwarding the list to your hungry friends - merci!
As a reminder, these selections are based on recent and personal experience. I visit restaurants anonymously and pay full price, avoiding the press events and freebies that fuel so much food writing today. If your experience with any of these restaurants was different, I hope you’ll share that in the comments.
What’s different for this edition: I’ve posted the date of our last visit at the end of every entry so you can see how recent the experience is. The overall Top 10 section is gone, but I’ve ordered the restaurants in each category according to my preference. I added pricing information within the larger category of Tasting Menus because I understand there’s a big difference between 75€ and 275€.
