If you’re planning to visit Paris in late July or August, it’s important to know that many restaurants will close for summer vacation.
We asked our favorite restaurants - the ones we recommend after visiting anonymously and paying full price - to confirm their summer holiday plans. Based on their direct replies, we’ve constructed the following schedule to help you organize your summer eating. Because they’re all closing at different times, you’ll have plenty of options to choose from while you’re in Paris!
