Thank you for all your great and hard work. We find your reviews are spot on and have made an enormous difference when we are in Paris. I only wish you could clone yourself for other cities in the world. Cafe des Ministres is one of our absolute favorites and we would not have found it without you. I love the variety of your reviews, one isn't stuck just deciding from one "type' of restaurant.

We would be interested in best ethnic finds.

Vegetables, more vegetables, please! I’ve found it hard to get enough vegetables when I eat out in Paris. I’m not vegetarian, but I like half my meal to be vegetables. (Frites don’t count. ;-) ) Maybe others feel the same?

I agree, Sheila, and not only in January when I'm trying to be more healthy ;)

I'll work on that!

Do you ever do market reviews?

I'm trying to imagine that... "for the best turnips, head to Bastille!"

In all seriousness, it would be fun to roundup some great markets and food shops. I'll add that to my list :)

I would like that too! I love visiting farmers markets and local street markets. My camera roll is full of an infinite number of photos of flowers and local fresh tomatoes, mushrooms, artichokes at markets in France, Italy, Spain, Wisconsin, etc. But more than once I have been disappointed to find that a “market” has become simply a food court (London was a particular problem in that regard). I would be grateful for guidance as to markets in Paris where real people shop.

Very excited Ask the Mouth is Back. The chat has been very helpful in narrowing dining choices in Paris and getting general information!
